Blocks vary in size and shape and reflect the transportation pattern of the area.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>This dataset is processed from cdParcels. cdParcels is input into a geoprocessing tool where parcels are dissolved based on municipality and the block field. Then, that data is loaded into an empty Block feature class.
